Shipping & Return Policy

We will ship your order within 3 days upon receipt of your order.

All returned items must be in new condition, with the original tags attached. Items that have been used may not be returned.

Once we receive your return we will notify you by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Should you wish to make a return, we will be happy to issue a full refund (less any shipping costs). Please email to request a return authorization.

All returned items must be in original packaging condition. The buyer pays return shipping costs.

Shipping to Multiple Locations: Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address on an order after it has been placed. If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please call us at to have your order cancelled.

Expedited Shipping: We ship everything ground because of the nature of the product. It is very heavy and bulky and some carriers consider it a dangerous good. Therefore unfortunately Expedited, Air Freight, Express Delivery or Next Day Delivery is not something we can currently offer.
